Galatek Matrigel is made from the extracellular matrix components of mice tumor tissues. Its main components include laminin, collagen IV, and heparan sulfate proteoglycans. Galatek Matrigel also contains a variety of growth factors, such as epidermal growth factor (EGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), nerve growth factor (NGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF-2), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), and insulin-like growth factor (IGF).
